Abey 230 x 75mm W/Wire Mesh Subfloor Air Vent
$14.20
The use of adequate sub floor ventilation is essential to prevent rising damp and the rotting of floor joists. Abey’s Slimline Vent allows for 11,000mm2 of free air space. Early indications show that without ventilation there is a higher risk of corrosion of galvanised wall ties. Fire-proof mesh – In fire prone areas insist upon Abey vents with mesh to minimise the entry of embers.
