Selleys Black Flexiseal FC is a fast-curing polyurethane adhesive and sealant that’s ideal for weatherproofing joints between brickwork, masonry, wood concrete or metal frames, sealing roofing, retaining walls or acoustic rated walls. Waterproof, highly flexible and paintable after it’s cured, it doesn’t need a primer before use. Also available in grey and white.Will not adhere to PE, PP or PTFE. Test other plastics and rubber first.Not suitable for permanent water immersion or below water line use.To maximise durability in outdoor applications paint with a suitable exterior paint. Some colours may discolour after exposure to UV radiation.
